These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FleetBrain's automated text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated from the phone number (830) 264-8252. By texting our number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the messaging program.
The messaging program
FleetBrain operates a private, transactional messaging program that lets authorized business contacts submit receipts and related documentation by text message. When you text our number, our system logs your message for internal review and sends an automated confirmation or status reply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Consent
You consent to receive automated confirmation and status text messages from FleetBrain when you text our number or otherwise provide your mobile number to us for this purpose. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FleetBrain does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further automated messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at casey@fleetbrain.ai.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and is outside FleetBrain's control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and text only from a mobile number you are authorized to use.
- Do not send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content through the program.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your number or messages have been compromised.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The messaging program is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetBrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the messaging program.
Privacy
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and the current version is always posted at this page.
