This Privacy Policy explains how FleetBrain ("FleetBrain," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our automated text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated from the phone number (830) 264-8252. By texting our number, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
The messaging program
FleetBrain operates a transactional messaging program that lets authorized business contacts submit receipts and related documentation by text message. When you send a message or image to our number, our system logs it for internal review and replies with an automated confirmation. This is a private, low-volume operational program; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number — the number you text from.
- Message content and media — the text and any images (such as receipt photos) you send us.
- Message metadata — timestamps and delivery information associated with your messages.
How we use your information
- To receive, log, and review the receipts and documentation you send.
- To send you automated confirmation or status replies about your submission.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the messaging program and comply with law.
How we share your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our telecommunications provider) strictly to deliver the service, or where required by law or to protect our rights. These providers are bound to handle information consistently with this policy.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — you generally receive an automated reply each time you text our number. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. FleetBrain does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out
You can opt out of the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and we will not send you further automated messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at casey@fleetbrain.ai.
Data retention and security
We retain message content and related information for as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal or business requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our messaging program is intended for business contacts and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and the current version is always posted at this page.
